Anticipated pay range is $24–$26 per hour with shift premiums for off-shift work. Qualified applicants must have a High School diploma or GED and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Training on days is provided before transitioning to the 2nd shift; the position offers full-time,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Legal to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to operate vacuum furnaces and related equipment.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (2PM-10:30PM) with training on days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of equipment and adjust for effectiveness.
• Document and maintain accurate logs and records.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform minor and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Install, monitor, and operate preheat torches.
• Follow melting techniques and verify additions when qualified.
• Assist with data entry of melt cards/logs and support multiple furnaces.
• Operate coils changes and overhead crane during furnace changes.
• Execute emergency procedures as needed during melting.
• Support training of new team members and complete training certifications.
