YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain brand standards by ensuring product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take corrective actions.
4. Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests on the Salesfloor.
5. Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
