Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour (actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Role Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you'll ensure products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your attention to detail and adherence to AEO Brand Standards are vital. While your primary focus is the Stockroom, flexibility to support the Salesfloor and assist guests is essential. You will embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product flow through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team members and assist guests as needed, demonstrating teamwork.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.
