Job Description

YOUR ROLE
As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you should be flexible to support salesfloor activities and assist team members and guests as needed. Representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work daily is essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and promptly.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and take action to improve store presentation.
• Support team efforts by assisting with non-stock tasks and guest service when required.
• Prioritize safety and asset protection standards in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor, adhering to company policies.
