Job Description

YOUR ROLE
You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, executing markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and implement solutions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
