Job Description

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. You support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Organized with attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock-related roles is a plus.
