Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts in Mountain Grove, MO, seeks an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune, and remove trees using a bucket truck and related equipment, following safety protocols.

Applicants must have prior aerial lift experience and a valid driver's license, be able to work at heights, and travel for storm restoration work as needed. The position pays $18–$22 per hour and offers health insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with aerial lift equipment preferred.
• Ability to obtain first-aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate with bucket truck or similar equipment.
• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices.
• Prepare trucks and materials as directed by Foreperson.
• Perform professional tree maintenance and trimming.
• Clear debris and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist crew and support storm restoration work as needed.
