Job summary

Burford’s Construction is seeking a Trimmer B to join a mid-level vegetation management crew. The role focuses on aerial pruning and tree work, excluding the most complex removals, with an emphasis on safety and reliable operation of equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, can read and communicate in English, and are willing to travel as needed. CDL is strongly preferred, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• CDL strongly preferred; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial tasks as part of conventional or bucket crew.
• Demonstrate safe pruning, including natural and directional pruning.
• Safely operate tools and equipment (chipper, saws, bucket gear).
• Assist in storm restoration efforts when required.
• Maintain safe customer relations and comply with safety rules.
