Job summary

Burford's Construction LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking a Trimmer B to join either a conventional crew or bucket crew. You will be responsible for most aerial tasks, excluding the most challenging removals, while prioritizing safety and maintaining equipment.

Requirements include 1+ year of experience, English literacy, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to lift 50 lbs; Spanish bilingualism is a plus and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL strongly preferred.
• Able to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial trimming tasks and support the team.
• Prioritize safety and uphold safety measures.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
• Read/write and communicate effectively; provide customer relations.
• Join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Operate bucket and hydraulic saw within equipment limits.
