Job summary

Parkside Utility Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will lead on-site crews, ensure safety, and comply with codes while supporting customer requirements.

Travel for storm response may be required on short notice. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a valid DOT medical card, and the ability to work at heights with climbing hooks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements
• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned
