TelCom Construction, LLC seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site. You''ll guide and support less experienced crew members and coordinate daily work orders.

The role requires travel readiness for storm response, with a wage range of $28.00–$40.00 per hour. Prior experience and proper licensing will be evaluated for eligibility, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a DOT physical exam for a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables and support structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
