Job summary

Team Fishel in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Aerial/Overhead Telecom Lineman to join our telecom construction team. You will participate in planning, safety, and installation tasks across overhead fiber systems to support our growing utility infrastructure.

The role requires 1+ years in the industry, tools and CDL-A preferred, and a willingness to work in a hands-on environment. Training is provided, with competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the industry.
• Experience with commercial deliveries and transport in the Akron/Cleveland area.
• Basic climbing and hand tools required (belt and gaffs, etc.).
• CDL-A license strongly desired.
• Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Initiating Projects.
• Establishing OSHA and Customer Safety Requirements.
• Setting Poles.
• Maintaining and Repairing Overhead Fiber Optic Facilities.
• Installing New Strand and Lashing Fiber.
• Installing and Maintaining Down Guys, Overhead Guys, etc.
