Job summary

Team Fishel in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Telecom Supervisor (Aerial/Overhead Construction) to lead safety-first crews, manage projects, coordinate with customers and teammates, and drive profitability for our broadband division.

The role requires 5-7 years of construction experience, strong communication skills, and training in trenching, excavation and confined spaces. CDL Class A is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience in construction.
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers.
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation and in Confined Spaces

Responsibilities

• Manage teams with focus on Accident-Free safety.
• Review pre-job checklist before start.
• Walk-through with foreman and customer.
• Secure cost-effective materials.
• Recruit, interview and hire Teammates.
• Champion Teammate development programs.
• Evaluate Teammates and provide coaching
