Job summary

Team Fishel in South Bend, IN is seeking an Aerial/Overhead Telecom Lineman to support our telecom construction projects. The role focuses on setting poles, installing fiber, and maintaining overhead facilities while adhering to OSHA and site safety requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in the industry, with CDL-A being strongly desired and bilingual or prior construction experience highly valued. On-the-job training with safety certifications is provided by Team Fishel.

Responsibilities

Planning and Initiating Projects

Lineman Requirements & Qualifications

Must have 1+ years experience in the industry

Experience with commercial deliveries and transport in the North Indiana area

Basic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools, etc.

Valid CDL-A is strongly desired

Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
