Primoris Services Corporation in Converse, TX is seeking experienced Aerial Linemen to install, repair and maintain overhead power and telecom lines. You will climb poles, operate bucket trucks and digger derricks, and work at height with safety as a priority.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of lineman experience, a clean CDL, and the ability to read blueprints. OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR are preferred, with on-call rotations and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
• Experience climbing poles and working at heights.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks and line work equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and work orders; follow safety rules.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain overhead lines and related equipment.
• Construct and maintain aerial telecom infrastructure including fiber and copper.
• Operate bucket trucks and digger derricks safely and efficiently.
