The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to travel and work extended hours. OSHA and first aid certifications are preferred; exceptional teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and utility construction standards.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing poles, and performing strenuous manual labor.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities
