Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an Aerial Lineman in Tyler, TX to install, repair, and maintain overhead power lines and related equipment. You will work from poles and elevated platforms following strict safety practices and OSHA guidelines.

You will read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot system issues, and operate bucket trucks and other equipment. Candidates should have a CDL and 3–5 years of lineman experience, with a focus on safe, efficient repairs and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and utility construction standards.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing poles, and performing strenuous manual labor.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities
