Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks a Service Account Manager - Aerial to develop, estimate, and manage outdoor lighting service work in Fort Worth, TX. You will sell, price, and coordinate bucket truck crews to deliver projects from repair to new install.

You will build a sustainable pipeline with commercial and municipal customers, convert one-time service clients into recurring maintenance, and lead field technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience selling or managing outdoor/site lighting or aerial/bucket truck work.
• Strong people management and performance skills.
• Understanding of estimating, costs, margins, and labor utilization.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Sell, estimate, and manage aerial and bucket truck service work that meets or exceeds margin standards.
• Pursue exterior and site lighting, parking lot and pole lighting, signage electrical service, lighting maintenance, repairs, and retrofits.
• Build a consistent pipeline with commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, and property management customers.
• Grow existing accounts and prospect for new customers in targeted markets.
• Conduct site visits to scope labor, equipment, material, scheduling, and safety requirements.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and pricing.
• Coordinate scheduling of bucket truck operators, electricians, equipment, and materials.
• Track sales activity, proposals, awarded work, backlog, margins, and labor utilization.
• Convert one-time service customers into recurring maintenance accounts.
• Lead, develop, and support technicians and bucket truck operators within the department.
