Xylem Tree Experts in Kentucky is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to perform tree trimming and removal using bucket trucks or similar equipment. The role requires 2-3 years of professional aerial lift experience and a valid driver's license.

You will support daily crew tasks, maintain tools, and participate in storm-related work while upholding strict safety standards. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff
• Driver's license required
• Experience in utility vegetation management or related industries preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices
• Prepare truck and materials with General Foreperson
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed
• Clear and trim trees away from utility lines
• Dispose of debris and maintain tools/equipment
• Demonstrate climbing and tree maintenance skills
• Assist crew members as needed
• Safeguard people from hazards and maintain clear work area
• Perform duties for storm work as required
