Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer in Kentucky to prune and remove trees using bucket trucks or similar equipment. Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of professional aerial lift operation experience with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities include safe work practices, site preparation, debris cleanup, tool maintenance, and storm restoration support. Travel is required; background check and drug screen are required along with E-Verify compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional aerial lift operating experience (bucket truck/Jarraff).
• Must demonstrate knowledge of knots, ropes and rigging devices used in trimming/removal operations.
• Must be able to identify tree species and understand electrical hazards near conductors.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and enforce rules.
• Prepare trucks and materials for daily work as directed.
• Perform professional tree maintenance and trim/remove branches from utilities.
• Clear debris and dispose of waste after work.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep records.
• Communicate with crew for safe operations and storms support.
