Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of aerial lift trimming experience.

• Knowledge of knots, ropes, and rigging devices used in trimming.
• Ability to work at heights in varying weather.
• First-aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe practices on site.
• Prepare truck and materials as directed by supervisor.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed.
• Clear and trim trees near utility lines; remove branches.
• Clean up debris and dispose of materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment used daily.
• Assist crew members as needed.
• Observe climbing and tree maintenance skills to improve.
• Assist with storm restoration work as needed.
• Communicate with co-workers to stay safe.
