Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services in Minnesota seeks an Aerial Lift Trimmer to maintain and remove trees using bucket trucks and related equipment. Prior aerial lift experience in a tree care setting and a valid driver’s license are required.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, equipment maintenance, and teamwork on storm restoration projects. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, and may travel for storm work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating an aerial lift in tree care.
• Driver's license required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of knots, ropes and rigging devices.
• Able to travel for storm restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming and removal operations.
• Prepare truck and materials daily.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Work at heights in variable conditions.
• Assist crew members as needed.
