Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer in Minnesota. The role involves trimming, pruning, and removing trees using bucket truck or similar equipment. Must have prior aerial lift experience and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include performing professional tree maintenance, following safety practices, and assisting other crew members. Benefits include health insurance options and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Must have knots, rope and rigging knowledge for tree trimming and removal.
• Must identify tree species.
• Must be aware of electrical hazards and safe operating procedures around conductors.
• Must be able to work at significant heights in varying weather.
• Must possess and use PPE and safety equipment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bucket truck and tools for daily tree maintenance tasks.
• Trim and remove trees and brush near utility lines as directed.
• Clean up and dispose of debris after job completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety rules and assist crew members as needed.
• Support storm restoration work when required.
