Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to trim, prune, and remove trees using bucket truck equipment. A valid driver's license is required and bucket truck operation experience is mandatory. The role involves safety-focused duties, storm work, and teamwork across the crew.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management or related fields preferred.
• Experience operating a bucket truck is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and enforce safety rules.
• Prepare truck and materials daily.
• Perform professional tree maintenance as directed.
• Clear and trim trees near utility lines and remove debris.
• Maintain and inventory tools and equipment.
• Work at heights and adapt to weather conditions.
• Assist crew members in daily activities.
• Ensure public safety around the work area.
• Support storm restoration efforts as needed.
