Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to perform tree trimming and removal using a bucket truck or Jarraff. The role requires 2–3 years of aerial lift experience and a valid driver’s license. You will follow safety rules, assist in daily prep, and work with the crew to protect lines and the public.

Applicants should have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass background and drug tests. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) alongside PTO opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of knots, ropes and rigging used in tree trimming.
• Ability to identify tree species and assess electrical hazards near lines.
• Comfort working at heights and in adverse weather; maintain safety.
• Capable of first-aid/CPR and emergency rescue techniques.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and help enforce rules on site.
• Prepare truck and materials for daily jobs as directed.
• Perform tree maintenance and trimming per supervisor.
• Clear vegetation from utility lines and dispose debris.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep areas clean.
• Assist crew members and support storm restoration work as needed.
• Ensure public and worker safety by communication and PPE use.
