Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a busy 911 system; prior critical care transport experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support from first contact to patient handoff.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings; assist pilots with radios and navigation.
