Job summary

Air Methods CBS in Pahrump, NV seeks experienced flight crew personnel to provide pre-hospital ALS care in a state‑of‑the‑art helicopter and pursue ongoing education with CBS Medical Director support.

Requirements include 3+ years in a busy 911 system; Bachelor’s in health-related field preferred; critical care transport experience is a plus. 5% travel is expected, with a 24/7 on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system.
• Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support from first contact to handoff to accepting facility.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings; assist flight crew as needed.
• Maintain and report status of medical equipment; ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with pilots and flight team for safe, efficient transport.
