Congruex is seeking an Aerial Groundman to support telecommunications construction crews in Clarksburg, WV. The role involves preparing job sites, tools, equipment, and materials, assisting Linemen and Foremen with daily field activities, and ensuring safe work practices in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and opportunities to develop skills within the telecommunications line construction field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required safety training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing tools, equipment, supplies, and materials at job sites.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, tamping, cutting brush, moving materials, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Assist with traffic control and maintain safe operations around construction activities.
• Drive company-provided vehicles between the yard and assigned job sites as needed.
• Follow instructions from Linemen, Foremen, and Supervisors while supporting daily construction activities.
• Identify unsafe conditions and take appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment.
