TCS Communications, LLC seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems in Fort Worth, TX. You will guide on-site crews, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and mentor less experienced staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating fiber installs, climbing duties, tool use, and travel for storm response. Requirements: High School Diploma, 3+ years’ experience, CDL A preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• DOT medical exam and card required.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become one.

Responsabilités

• Ensure installation of fiber/telecom cables and support structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on job sites.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.


• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job


• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders


• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws


• Provide guidance and support to others as needed


• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice


• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance


• Other duties as assigned

What you'll need

• To be 18 years of age or older


• Authorization to work in the United States for this company


• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience


• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record


• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card


• At least 3 years of related work experience


• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified


• CDL Class \"A\" driver license is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
