Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced crew members on-site.

The role requires 3+ years of related work, valid driver's license, and readiness to travel for storm response. Candidates may need CDL Class A and pole climber certification. Competitive benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record; CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam and obtain medical card.
• Willingness to become certified as a pole climber if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber/telecom cables and supporting structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Climb at heights using hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Provide guidance to crew and be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew safety checks.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
• CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
