Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding on-site teams.

You will travel for storm response as needed and document daily productivity with crew checks, contributing to a safety-first culture and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass DOT physical exam and obtain medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Travel to storm sites on short notice as needed.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks; document productivity.
• Guide and support junior team members on procedures.

What you’ll do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.

• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators

• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job

• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders

• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws

• Provide guidance and support to others as needed

• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice

• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance

• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card

• At least 3 years of related work experience

• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified

• CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred

• Routinely : work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
