Responsibilities

• Enter and validate new business applications into internal systems.
• Monitor queues to meet daily/monthly deadlines.
• Learn Medicare Advantage and PDP application processing.
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics and reporting.
• Research and resolve application discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal departments clearly.
• Document and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team to handle peak workload.
