As an Adobe AEM Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirement scoping, estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications for our clients. You will collaborate with solution architects and developers to interpret wireframes and designs into technical requirements and solutions. The role involves developing, designing, testing, and deploying Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile Solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users to build a cutting-edge Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Suite.

Required Skills:

• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
• Proficient in implementing with Adobe AEM (6.x, Java, J2EE, Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, JCR, OAK).
• Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM releases.
• Design, develop, and support AEM components, integrations, and applications.
• Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM.
• Experience with Adobe Target is a plus, not required.
• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of J2EE programming experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with AEM (6.x).
• Experience implementing web content management systems in large corporate environments.
• Experience with web and application servers like Apache and Tomcat.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting internet-facing applications.
• Experience with secure coding practices.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
• Experience with source control and build tools (Git, BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and patterns.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
• Strong estimation skills in complex environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
