Job summary

Global Medical Response invites applications for a Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) Pilot to provide medical air transport services. The role includes a 7/7 schedule, on-duty housing, and a comprehensive compensation package with a 20% Geo Modifier bringing the range to $106,511–$117,162.

The package also features a $15,000 sign-on bonus, plus retention bonuses ($40,000 after 3 years) and strong opportunities within Air Evac Lifeteam’s trusted network.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a team of medical professionals.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to the pilot and team following change-board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
