Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. Join a safety‑driven team with strong flight discipline, required to transport patients to facilities while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will work with dispatch and medical crews to ensure aircraft readiness and safe operations, while maintaining all certifications and training per Air Evac Lifeteam standards.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.
• 230 lb Weight Limit including gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per FARs and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change info to subsequent pilot and team following the change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
