Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport for Air Evac Lifeteam’s customers. You will operate rotorcraft missions, ensuring safety and compliance with FAA and company requirements.

The role requires a current FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, Class II medical, and substantial flight hours, including night and turbine experience. On-duty housing, a 7/7 schedule, and a signing bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate and helicopter rating.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate and instrument rating.
• Minimum flight hours as listed in the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team on board.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, crews, facilities, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
• 230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear)

Preferred Qualifications

• B407 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
