Job description

NOW HIRING for our next GeT Aboard Class!

Kick off your career at ATG with a week designed to inspire, connect, and set you up for success. GeT Aboard is our signature onboarding experience – an energizing in‑person summit at our North Little Rock corporate headquarters where you’ll meet the team, dive into our culture, and gain the tools to thrive. Attendance is required – but we think you’ll agree it feels more like a launch party than training.

Who We Are

At ATG USA, we don’t just support the AEC industry, we help shape it.

ATG USA (Applied Technology Group) is the leading technology business partner focused on the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry in North America. ATG strives to build relationships within the professional design community by providing a complete solution. ATG has unique service offerings implemented by technical support specialists with industry experience and knowledge.

This role is a strategic bridge between ATG’s technical engineering marvels and the AEC market. You will leverage industry expertise to translate complex automation software into compelling, value‑driven narratives that resonate with Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors.

The Opportunity

As our Technical Product Specialist, you will be the primary advocate for a suite of products designed to automate design and construction workflows. While we are deeply rooted in the Autodesk ecosystem, your mission is to show how our solutions close the gaps where competitive products fall short, creating a seamless, data‑driven experience for our customers. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure our "technical marvels" are understood and adopted by industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go‑to‑Market Content Creation: Partner with designers and writers to develop high‑impact technical marketing materials, including technical white papers, detailed how‑to guides, and insightful blog posts.
  • Technical Storytelling: Create and deliver "Product Deep‑dives" and videos that paint a vivid picture of the transition from manual, high‑friction processes to ATG’s automated, data‑driven workflows.
  • Sales Enablement: Serve as a technical co‑seller alongside Business Development Executives (BDEs), conducting high‑stakes product demonstrations for prospective clients and translating technical features into measurable business outcomes.
  • Workflow Mapping: Directly map a customer’s current manual processes to ATG’s automated solutions, identifying specific areas where time and pain are reduced.
  • Industry Advocacy: Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to establish ATG’s brand presence and promote our unique business value.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer needs and objections to provide pattern‑based feedback to our Engineering and Product teams, influencing the future roadmap of our software.
