Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking an early-career marketing professional to assist with and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

You will help with project proposals, graphic design support, and database management while collaborating with technical staff and business development leaders. The role emphasizes strong writing, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing-related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, write, create, and organize marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and collateral.
• Support proposal and qualification package development including coordination, content development, compliance reviews, production, and delivery.
• Provide graphic design assistance.
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and business development leaders to develop persuasive marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to evaluate marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities.
• Maintain and update marketing databases with accurate project, client, pursuit, and resume information.
• Attend industry meetings, conferences, and tradeshows; assist with travel as needed.
