Job summary

Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a Marketing Manager for our Tampa office(s), preferably Temple Terrace HQ. The role drives PGA’s pursuit plan, manages internal resources, and oversees CRM data integrity to support growth in designated regions.

The ideal candidate leads marketing teams, reviews deliverables, and coordinates subconsultant collaborations to strengthen outcomes and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Post-graduation experience of 8+ years.
• Additional experience may be considered in lieu of the required education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support assigned marketing staff.
• Conduct comprehensive QC/QA reviews for pursuit deliverables.
• Manage workload and task assignments for marketing coordinators.
• Oversee CRM records and ensure data reliability.
• Review shortlisted interviews and presentations for insights.
