Sandis is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator for our Oakland or Campbell office. You’ll represent the firm at events, capture moments via photography and social content, and translate experiences into engaging materials across newsletters, blogs, and websites.

You’ll craft posts, manage content calendars, and support branding with graphics and assets while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. A strong writer with relationship-building skills thrives here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, graphic design, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing/communications, preferably in AEC or similar industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills, ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sandis at events, conferences, and milestones; manage on-site support and materials.
• Write social posts, newsletters, and web content ensuring brand consistency.
• Update websites, blogs, project updates, and people content.
• Develop graphics and brand assets for communications pieces.
• Support planning and execution of marketing outreach and vendor coordination.
• Maintain marketing databases and track assets like photography and swag.
