Job summary

Sandis is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Campbell, CA team. You will represent the firm at events, create engaging content from projects and campaigns, and manage on-site marketing logistics across multiple audiences.

You will craft social posts, newsletters, and web content while updating blogs and project updates. Knowledge of Adobe tools, WordPress, and email platforms is a plus; 2+ years in marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Experience with event/project photography, formal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sandis at internal employee engagement functions, business development events, industry conferences, and project milestones (groundbreakings, grand openings, ribbon cuttings).
• Coordinate logistics and on-site support for Sandis-sponsored conferences and events, including materials preparation.
• Comfortably speak to clients, partners, and staff on Sandis' behalf in these settings.
• Photograph events and projects and manage the photo library for use across marketing channels.
• Write social media posts, newsletters, and web content ensuring a brand consistent presence and cadence.
• Update the Sandis websites and sections including blog posts, project updates, and people content.
• Produce internal and external newsletters, digital and printed collateral, and internal marketing materials.
• Develop graphics and brand assets to support communications pieces.
