Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support project pursuits and communications programs. You will manage marketing collateral, coordinate photography, and maintain the marketing database while collaborating across departments.

The role requires a self-starter with strong time management, proofreading skills, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. AEC industry experience is preferred; on-site position in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ marketing experience in a professional services firm (A/E/C preferred).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to proof and edit marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate marketing activities for project pursuits and client relationships (RFPs/RFQs, interviews).
• Coordinate organization and formatting of marketing collateral per Brand Standards.
• Maintain photo library and coordinate photoshoots and project photography.
• Maintain marketing database integrity and run reports/audits as needed.
• Prepare high-quality packages for internal stakeholders across departments.
• Provide guidance on marketing tools and system usage.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure effective communications.
• Support special projects and events for employees and clients.
