TheGuarantors is seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate focused on AE Strategy to shape how we grow the commercial organization. You will identify opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and partner with Sales leadership to drive measurable results.

This is a hybrid role based in NYC. You’ll move beyond analysis to become an operator, owning high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution while collaborating with senior leadership to deliver commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering ideas through execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Interest in how high-performing sales organizations operate.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve the commercial organization.
• Develop strategies to strengthen how we sell and engage customers across the organization.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to identify challenges and implement improvements.
• Collaborate across Product, Risk, Pricing, Data, Marketing, and Operations to remove growth barriers.
• Analyze activity and performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and strategic communications.
• Measure impact of initiatives and refine the strategy based on results.
