YOUR ROLE
As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you excel at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain product flow through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Ensure the Stockroom operates efficiently and stay organized with merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take corrective actions.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest needs.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both Stockroom and Salesfloor.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock-related experience is a plus.
