Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Knoxville is seeking a part-time stock brand ambassador who moves product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising.

You will uphold AEO values, stay detail-oriented, and support your team and guests as needed. The role rewards a hands-on approach with strong organization and the ability to start early, finish late, and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stock/merchandising role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move product from stockroom to sales floor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep the stockroom organized and efficient, ensuring merchandise, visuals, marketing and fixtures stay in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with store leadership to plan and act.
• Support team and guests on the sales floor when needed.
• Adhere to safety and asset protection standards and company policies.

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ve got a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Your Responsibilities

• You’re a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving, ensuring effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your home base, and you own it! You’re a master at keeping the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You’re innovative: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You know teamwork makes the dream work: you’re always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You follow asset protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
