Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who keeps product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, while upholding AE brand standards.

You’ll be great at organization, attention to detail, and teamwork, ready to help guests and fellow associates with flexible morning, evening and weekend availability, and you'll commit to safety and store procedures every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and stock flow is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipment processing and replenishment.
• Support markdowns and merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Keep Stockroom organized and assist guests and team members as needed.
• Adhere to safety, Asset Protection, and AE policies and procedures.
• Provide reliable and flexible support across shifts as required.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You've got a passion for brand standards: you are a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You are a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• You are innovative: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
