Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Hickory, NC to move product from stockroom to floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You’ll support the team and guests, keeping stock organized and aligned with AE standards.

You bring a detail‑oriented mindset, flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends), and prior stock experience. AE values your real self and offers store contests and discounts on AE & Aerie.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move product from stockroom to sales floor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom organization and visual merchandising standards.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership.
• Assist teammates and guests with non-stock tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection policies and AE procedures.

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• You keep the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
