Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in the United States is seeking a part-time stock brand ambassador who moves product from stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

You’ll support the team on the floor when needed and uphold AEO brand standards with attention to detail. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep product moving by executing effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized and efficiently stocked.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to improve the appearance and performance of displays.
• Provide teamwork by stepping in to help fellow team members complete non‑stock related tasks or assist guests.
• Adhere to safety standards, Asset Protection standards, and all AEO policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
