YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’re passionate about AEO brand standards, have an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Though your focus is the stockroom, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the stockroom efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan and take action to correct them.
• Prepare to assist fellow team members with stock‑related and non‑stock tasks or with guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, follow asset protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
