Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Troy, MI. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor, process shipments, replenish inventory, and contribute to merchandising efforts in line with AEO standards.

You should have strong organization, attention to detail, and flexible availability to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends. Previous stock or merchandising experience is a plus, and you will work with a collaborative team to serve

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipment processing and replenishment.
• Maintain Stockroom organization and ensure props, fixtures, and marketing are tidy and accessible.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and report them to store leadership with a plan of action.
• Support teammates with non-stock tasks and guest assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection guidelines and AEO policies.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and doing so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You master keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• You are innovative: when you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• Teamwork is essential: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
